NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR
On 16 June 2010 David Wooldridge’s spouse sold 3,850 A & J Mucklow Group plc ordinary shares at 261p per share. 3,850 shares were subsequently purchased to her Individual Savings Account (ISA) at 262p per share.
The shares are registered in the name of HALB Nominees Limited and following these transactions there is no change to Mr Wooldridge’s declarable beneficial holding of 20,924 shares (0.03%) of the issued ordinary share capital.
