A&J Mucklow Group Plc is a long established Midlands based property company focusing on the long term ownership and development of industrial and commercial property.
Mucklow was founded in 1933 and floated on the London Stock Exchange in 1962. The company has always maintained an excellent reputation for providing a quality product and service to it's customers, which has contributed towards 43 years of unbroken dividends.
The Group converted to a REIT in July 2007 and it's market specialisation is in the greater Midlands area.
The Group's investment portfolio at 30 June 2012 comprised around £250 million of modern, high quality property, over 80% of which was located in the Midlands and occupied by over 200 companies.

Our long-term objective remains focused on accumulating a quality portfolio of modern, income producing properties, with potential for long-term rental and capital growth. The three main areas of our strategy are:
- Selectively acquiring and disposing of investment properties
- Developing new properties for long-term investment
- Actively managing our assets to enhance value
